HACCP Food Safety

Covered on the course are the following topics: Level 1: What employees need to know before starting to handle food on premises. This covers topics related to wearing of appropriate clothing, maintain high standards of hygiene at all times. Demonstrate safe food handling, maintain workplace in hygienically clean conditions and adherence to rules/signage. Level 2: What employees need to demonstrate within the first month of working. Understand legal requirements relating to food, understand contaminants, allergens, cross contamination. Demonstrate appropriate food disposal system and more.
